What is WALA?
WALA's vision, as written on their website homepage, was conceived and developed by a passionate, diverse group of individuals. And the founders of WALA, recognized the need for an Australian Labradoodle breed association that is member-driven, operating with democratic principles. Their mission is "to inspire the continuing improvement of the Australian Labradoodle and Labradoodle breeds through education, communication, and integrity in breeders and owners" |

What is the "STAR" Rewards Program?
WALA has an accreditation "STAR" system for the member breeders. The "STAR" program differentiates different levels of accreditation based on a number of factors, such as

- Types of Health Testing Performed by Breeder
- Optional Extended Health Testing Panels Completed by Breeder
- The length of time the Breeder has been actively Breeding Dogs
- If the Breeder has produced a minimum amount of Therapy Dogs
- Time spent in business development and continued education
